Covenant Wealth Advisors has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine's annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
We came in at No. 1,803.
Last year we ranked No. 3,054. Moving up more than 1,200 spots in a single year is the part we're proud of — not because a number went up, but because of what had to happen for it to.

What the Inc. 5000 ranking actually measures
The Inc. 5000 ranks privately held American companies by one thing: percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, in this case 2022 through 2025.
It is worth being precise about what that means, and what it doesn't. This is a business growth ranking. It is not a measure of investment performance, and it says nothing about the returns any client has earned or will earn. No client was surveyed, and no client experience factored into the ranking. We think that distinction matters, and we'd rather state it plainly than let it sit in the fine print.
What it does say
A fee-only firm grows in a fairly simple way. We don't sell products. We don't accept commissions or third-party payments. We're paid by our clients, for advice, and that's it.
Which means growth comes from exactly two places: clients who stay, and clients who tell someone else. There's no third source. When a firm structured this way grows quickly, it's generally because people found the advice worth having and said so out loud.
That's the honest read on this ranking, and it belongs to our clients and our team far more than it belongs to any list.
Thank you
To the families who have trusted us with their retirement, and to the advisors, planners, and client service professionals who do the work behind every plan we build — thank you. This is yours.
We're not finished. We're continuing to add advisors and staff across our Richmond, Reston, and Williamsburg offices, and our focus remains where it has been since 2010: helping people age 50 and older retire with confidence.

Disclosures: The Inc. 5000 ranking is based solely on percentage revenue growth over three years, from 2022 to 2025, among privately held, for-profit, independent U.S. companies that applied and passed Inc.'s editorial review. To qualify, companies must be privately held, for-profit, based in the U.S., and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of December 31, 2025, and must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. The minimum revenue requirement is $100,000 for 2022 and $2 million for 2025. See Inc.'s full methodology. The award was announced on August 11th, 2026.
