Business Operations Manager
Reston, VA

Professional Background of Anthony Castaldi
Anthony Castaldi is the Business Operations Manager at Covenant Wealth Advisors' Reston, VA office, where he plays a key role in keeping the firm running efficiently so advisors can focus on what matters most — helping clients to and through retirement. With 10 years of experience in financial services operations, Anthony brings a rare combination of operational leadership, technical expertise, and a genuine passion for building systems that work.
Before joining Covenant in 2025, Anthony spent 8 years as Director of Operations at a financial planning firm, where he developed deep experience in trading, policy development, and firm-wide efficiency. He later served as a Senior Associate on the Operations Team at a family office specializing in direct indexing, further broadening his understanding of investment operations and high-net-worth client service. That breadth of experience gives Anthony a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to run a client-first advisory firm at a high level.
Anthony is drawn to the details that others might overlook — trading operations, building thoughtful policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities to make the firm more efficient for both the team and the clients we serve. He thrives in an environment where precision matters and where operational excellence directly supports the client experience.
